Neelkanth Agencies – a name synonymous with trust, strength, and durability for over 17 years was started by the diligent Mr. G.P. Singh ‘Lucky’ on 26th January 2004. Since that day, he has gone from strength to strength, working tirelessly to keep his company at the top of its game. His true commitment to his work has won the hearts of his customers and clients. Starting out as a cement marketer without even an office, the company’s journey to the top has been spectacular. Over time with experience, it had become clear that there was a gap between the consumer and the distributor, which the company successfully bridged. When the company first began, it was one of 350 cement dealers in Goa, but it has since risen to become one of the top five cement dealers in the state, winning the highest sales accolades for various cement brands in the region.
Mr. Singh’s dedication to hard work and devotion to customer satisfaction has driven him to fulfill his goals for the company, culminating in his becoming the C&F for The India Cement Ltd for Goa since 2010 to this day, while also being the largest stockist for the same in Goa and North Karnataka. Born in the house of Veteran Navy officers, Mr. Singh completed his initial education from Kendra Vidyalaya before pursuing a diploma in computer sciences from Bhartesh Politecnic, Belgaum. He then joined Lucky Engineers, a family business founded by his father that served as a contracting firm for the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. After accumulating knowledge and experience, inspired with a keen desire to start something of his own, he ventured into trading cement in 2004 and created a niche brand, Neelkanth. Mr. Singh Attended an in-house Leadership program for Entrepreneurs at the University of Oxford which helped him in understanding the blueprint of a leader and translating vision into reality. He has completed the Certified International Trade Expert course conducted by Global Network Institute. Equipped with valuable insights and endeavouring strategies, he now aims towards advancing into the international markets.
